Where to even start?

My wife and I were looking to relocate from Ohio to closer to the Gulf. We don’t know anyone and we’ve never really been to Alabama but I was browsing Zillow and stumbled upon Jade. I sent her a message and soon enough we were talking about all things Mobile. She quickly went to work on finding us properties that met all of our needs and if they didn’t, were at a price that allowed for room to improve the property to our liking.

Being at a distance, Jade scheduled multiple FaceTime walk-throughs and even offered to have a videographer record the properties for us. Fast forward through 3 showings and Jade alerted us to a property that checked every single box within an hour of it going live. We saw the house that day and made an offer and ultimately was the best bid.

That’s not where Jade's story ends. She scheduled FaceTime calls with us and the housing inspector to ensure we understood the state of the property and helped us navigate the loan process.

Finally, after closing, we were able to travel down and meet Jade and she greeted us with some awesome local swag and treats to make us feel at home and has arranged to be there even after closing so we can get utilities turned on before we relocate officially next month. She’s also given us information about the area, the best shops, eats, etc.

I don’t believe things happen by chance. I believe that we were meant to find Jade. She made this purchase as easy as I’ve ever experienced in my life (3rd house purchase at this point). If you want someone who cares about you regardless of where you live or what your plans are, go with Jade. You won’t regret it.
